Joining a Beach tour isn't difficult. Simply complete a tour application (individual applications for rider and passenger, please) and send it in with a $500 per person deposit.
If you would prefer to pay the deposit with a credit card, add a note when you mail in the application(s) and we will phone you to get the card details.
Click on the application to fill it out, then print to mail it in with your deposit, or email it to us at office@bmca.com. Don't forget to fill one out for your passenger, then maybe maybe print a few copies for friends (as subtle hints that they should join you).
Tips for completing your application:
- If you save the blank application with a different file name first, it can be used for your passenger or friends without having to remove all your information.
- Please add the date of your tour, including the year. We may run the same tour more than once a year.
- Yes, it says allergies, but if you are a vegetarian, pescatarian, or lactose intolerant, let us know!
- Please list an emergency contact who won't be on tour with you. Of course we don't ever want to call this person, but we must have the contact information.
